For realtors -- Summerville & Charleston Lowcountry
A free pre-listing water test for your seller, a pre-close test for your buyer, a Puronics-branded report you can attach to MLS, and a tracked referral link so every close comes back to your name. That is the realtor partnership, in one page.
The short version
Why include independent water data in a listing or buyer packet?
Because documented water treatment in the MLS description has been shown to reduce buyer hesitation at inspection. We cannot quote a specific 'X% faster' number for this market honestly, but we can tell you the mechanism: when a buyer sees hardness, chlorine, and PFAS data in writing from a third party, it converts a potential inspection surprise into a disclosed, handled line item. That is the ballgame.

How the referral works
01
Share your tracked link or hand them the leave-behind card at the next walkthrough. We book same-day or next-morning.
02
45 minutes at the kitchen counter. Hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH, iron, manganese. No pitch, no pressure. The client keeps the results.
03
Co-branded with your brokerage if you send us the logo. Attach it to MLS, the buyer packet, or the open-house table.
What the co-branded kit includes
The kit is designed to do one job: give you something concrete to hand a client without a verbal explanation. The PDF can sit in your listing packet or your buyer-welcome email. The leave-behind card can sit on the open-house table next to the sign-in sheet.
Questions realtors ask us first
We give you two concrete tools: a free in-home water test you can offer any seller or buyer you work with in the Charleston Lowcountry, and a Puronics-branded one-page report you can attach to an MLS listing or hand to a buyer. If the client closes on a whole-home system later, you are tagged as the referring partner and the thank-you comes back to you.
We do not claim a specific "X days faster" number we cannot source. We can tell you what is documented: listings that include independent water-quality data in the listing packet give buyers one less thing to worry about at inspection, and the home-services research we rely on shows that water-quality surprises at inspection are a real deal-killer. The value of a pre-listing water test is that it moves that conversation from "surprise" to "disclosed, and here is what the seller did about it." Whether that shortens days-on-market is a function of price, market, and a dozen other things; the water data simply removes one source of friction.
No. The water test is free to anyone you refer. There is no obligation to purchase equipment, no upsell during the test, no credit card collected. Our business model is: we test your client, we leave the written results, and if they decide they want treatment we are the first call. Federal 3-day right-to-cancel applies to any in-home sale that does happen.
Hardness (grains per gallon), chlorine or chloramine level, TDS, pH, iron, and manganese for the specific home, plus the utility context (Summerville CPW, Berkeley County W&S, Charleston Water System, etc.) and a plain-English interpretation. Your brokerage name and logo are included in the header if you send them. Source citations (EWG, CCR, NSF/ANSI) are on the back. We do not make health claims on the document; it is a data sheet, not a brochure.
Each realtor partner gets a tracked URL (for example prstnwtr.com/book?ref=realtor-[yourname]) and a printable QR-coded leave-behind. Any booking that arrives through that URL is tagged to you in our CRM. When a referred client closes on a system, Jarred calls you to close the loop and offer a reciprocal referral if it fits -- plumber, trades, flooring after install.
No. A Puronics whole-home install in a slab-on-grade new construction with a pre-plumbed softener loop (common in Nexton, Cane Bay, Carnes) takes roughly 2 to 2.5 hours. In older or non-looped homes it is a half-day. We schedule after closing and key exchange. No buyer needs to delay a move to install water treatment.
Jarred Guidelli is the founder and operator of Pristine Water Networks; he is not himself a licensed plumber, and we never represent him as one. Installs are performed by a South Carolina LLR-verified licensed plumber on our partner network. The plumber's license number is printed on every quote, every invoice, and every certificate of installation. That transparency is deliberate.
Where to start
Either door works. Book a specific client and we will reach out to them directly, or download the kit so you have something in your bag for the next listing.
