Military Family Financing, How the $7,999 Install Works With Your BAH Budget

The whole-home system is $7,999 installed, with three financing paths. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull, so checking whether you qualify won't affect your credit score.

If you're a military family at Joint Base Charleston looking at water treatment financing, here's the honest version. A whole-home Puronics system costs $7,999 installed. We offer three financing paths with different terms and qualification requirements.

Why I'm linking instead of quoting

Regulation Z (12 CFR 1026.24) requires a full Truth in Lending disclosure block whenever I quote a specific monthly payment, APR, or term length. Rather than bury compliance language in a social media post, I put the full disclosure on our /financing page where you can read it clearly.

The /financing page shows all three paths side by side with the required APR, payment amount, term length, and qualification language. Subject to credit approval.

BAH context

JB Charleston BAH is ranked 9th nationally, ranging from roughly $1,650 to $2,450 per month depending on rank and dependents. The Charleston housing market has tightened military-family budgets. A transparent installed price helps you budget before the appointment, not after.

Pre-qualification

Synchrony pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull. Checking if you qualify won't affect your credit score. "Check if you qualify" is different from "guaranteed approval." We don't guarantee approval because we can't.
